who regulates home warranty companies in north carolina

Really?Having been a homeowner for 30 years, this is the worse experienced I have had with a warranty company. Still waiting for an appointmentSo I submitted the claim through the internet. Got a call from Select the next business day asking make and model of the oven. It was on the original online request but I gave it to them again. Request assigned the 13th, I called them the 17th because I had not received a call or email from anyone. Gave me the name of their tech so I could call him. VM full and no name or business listed on the VM. I called Select again and got a rude man who told me he had spoken to this tech an hour ago and he was legit and I should just wait for him to call me. Since he was rude and unhelpful I asked to speak to a supervisor. He would not give me to one my issue was not big enough to get a supervisor. He finally transferred me to Robert who was helpful and got through to their contractor and promised me a call back. You aren’t going to have massive amounts of money coming out for emergency repairs.

Our A/C has been broken for 3 weeks now and every time I call I get someone else who immediately puts me on hold then tells me the same thing, the previous person told me and everyone of them has said, "I’ll follow up with a phone call or email to keep you posted".
